Kennify respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Kennify is a free opportunity matching platform supported by sponsors and partners.

Information we collect

• Email address you provide when creating an account or contacting us.
• Your matching profile: country or region, U.S. state or ZIP if provided, what you need help with, urgency, situation, documents you have ready and payment readiness (e.g. bank account, PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, mobile money).
• Opportunities you save, start or track inside your account, including status updates and notes you add.
• Alert and notification preferences you set.
• Interactions with sponsored content, provider interest forms and the "submit an opportunity" form.
• Basic, privacy-respecting usage analytics so we can improve the product.
• Limited records of any past transactions for accounting, support, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Kennify is currently free for users.

How we use your data

We use your information to operate Kennify, personalize your matches and daily plan, send service emails (such as deadline reminders if you opt in), prevent abuse and improve the product. Kennify does not sell your personal information.

Sponsors, partners and lead sharing

Kennify does not share your personal information with sponsors or providers unless you choose to share it. If you submit a provider interest form or opt in to be contacted by a specific sponsor, only then is your information passed to that sponsor for the purpose you requested. You can decline at any time.

Kennify may show sponsors aggregate reporting such as views, clicks, saves, or general country and category trends. Aggregate reporting does not include personal user details unless a user has opted in.

AI matching and outbound links

Kennify uses matching and summarization to surface opportunities that may fit your profile. Matches are suggestions, not guarantees. When you click an official source, you leave Kennify and that provider's privacy policy applies. Kennify does not see what you submit on official provider websites.

Service providers

We share data only with providers required to operate Kennify, including:

• Hosting and application infrastructure
• Authentication and database
• Transactional email
• Privacy-respecting product analytics
• Payment processing for any limited historical or sponsor-related transactions

These providers are bound by their own privacy and security terms and may only use your data to perform services for Kennify.

Cookies and analytics

Kennify uses minimal cookies required for login sessions and aggregated analytics. We do not use advertising networks or third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Limited transaction records are retained as required by law and for fraud prevention. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see below).

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, authenticated sessions and row-level security on user data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information.

Children and minors

Kennify is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through the Contact page or by emailing support@getkennify.com. We will confirm the request and act within a reasonable timeframe.

California privacy notice

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We may update this policy as Kennify evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
