These labels identify the lowest value for each individual metric only. Kennify does not rank scenarios or identify a best option, and the figures depend entirely on the inputs you entered.

This calculator is an educational estimator. Results are illustrations based only on the values you enter. Kennify is not a bank, lender or financial adviser, does not make financing decisions, and does not guarantee approval, rates, terms or eligibility. Financing, if available, is provided by independent third-party providers under their own criteria.

How this works

Each scenario is calculated independently using standard amortization math at the amount, rate and term you enter.

Origination fees and closing costs are combined into an upfront cost and subtracted from the amount to show net proceeds.

If you enter a balloon payment, the scheduled payment is reduced accordingly and the balloon is added into the total repayment figure.

What your result means

The lowest monthly payment and the lowest total repayment are often different scenarios. A longer term usually buys a smaller payment at a higher total cost.

Net proceeds show what actually reaches you after fees, which can make two offers with the same face amount quite different.

Kennify does not rank the scenarios or recommend one. The highlighted labels only identify which column holds the lowest value for that specific metric.
